At Genpact, she currently heads the India Transformations and Consulting practice for the Banking and Capital Markets vertical. She is responsible for driving Digital Transformations, Consulting and Transitions for global clients, digitizing client ecosystems, defining transformation roadmaps, and embedding agile and lean digital frameworks to drive measured business outcomes, productivity gains, and cost savings agendas.

She recently received “The Diamond Award”, the highest honor at Genpact. It was awarded for going above and beyond her commitment to operational excellence through consistently delivering transformative growth for Genpact’s clients, while generating tangible outcomes, exemplifying dedication, resilience, and teamwork, closing strategic wins, and all of this while keeping a steady focus on Genpact’s values.

Firm believer of living a full life, she likes to venture out and get her arms around different things in life. Outside of Genpact, she is the Chapter Lead for Lean in India, a Sheryl Sandberg organization supporting women to achieve their career ambitions. She has partnered with organizations such as BlackRock, Ameriprise Financial, Chicago Booth, BW Businessworld, and Sipping Thoughts amongst others to host Lean in Circles, Campaigns, and Events to nurture and grow the Lean in India community (~ 5000 members in early, mid and executive levels in their careers) and coach them to overcome issues related to gender discrimination during their career journeys.

Her most notable work has been around incepting, conceptualizing, and hosting the Leadership Series to bring thought leaders from inter-disciplinary fields to share their valuable experiences on how to navigate careers in digital/non-digital spaces, going up the corporate ladder and shattering the glass ceiling. Additionally, she represented India at Lean In’s Regional Leaders Meet in California in 2019.

A TEDx speaker, she also writes columns for BW Businessworld and Financial Express. She is a Chicago Booth Graduate and holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering and a Master’s in E-commerce. A mother to two young girls, she also trains in Pilates. Her hobbies include traveling around the world and trying different cuisines.

She has been recently nominated as a Member of the Board of Directors (U.S. Board) of Lotus Petal Foundation- a non-profit organization in the education space with the primary objective of creating equal education opportunities for underprivileged children living in urban and semi-urban areas. It is an area close to her heart and her 2 bits to pay it forward to the community.
