She holds a master’s degree in health informatics from Jacksonville University and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from JNTU. At Florida Blue, she has led significant projects in the Risk Adjustment space, enhancing operational business processes and advancing the Revenue Program Management (RPM) analytics data transformation agenda.

Her contributions to initiatives such as provider outreach preferences and prospective member engagement have been crucial in improving efficiency within the ACA and Medicare sectors.

In addition to her work at Florida Blue, she developed a natural language processing (NLP) engine during her master’s program, which extracted ICD-10 codes and unstructured clinical information from Medicare patient records.

This project demonstrated her ability to integrate healthcare knowledge with advanced machine learning techniques, significantly improving a labor-intensive process. Before her current role, she served as a Technology Lead at Infosys, where she successfully delivered solutions across various industries. Her research contributions are widely recognized, with publications in esteemed journals such as CARI and the Journal of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science (JAIMLD).
