With over 17 years of experience in the field of innovation and technology and having pursued her post-graduation from IIT Madras, she was awarded a Patent, and many cost savings & productivity awards. Ms. Sunitha is also certified in the ISO process & Six Sigma Green Belt. She gained technological knowledge for more than 10 years in top MNCs in various fields by enhancing the productivity of the project carried by automation and by mentoring the team.

Ms. Sunitha played a vital role in making the young generation students twig to the core jobs which helps India, in turn, to go ahead in manufacturing and production industries in-line with Skill India Concept. She provides economical skill enhancements through e-courses curated by IITians through her academy which was the best seller in the past couple of years.

She has skilled more than 1500 students (Faculties, Research Scholar, Corporate training, and professionals) to reach their dream careers in the desired path and has provided free counseling sessions over the past 5 years for passionate engineers about the current education system and the resulting skill gap and has provided them the placement assistance, understanding their need. She, as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer, of Artem Academy, Hyderabad, India, through her experience and expertise, is also guiding/consulting small-scale industries in the product life cycle.
