Ms. Reena Pujari, an Independent IT Contractor, brings two decades of experience, contributing significantly to American Federal Government and European Commission proposal wins, project consultancy, project planning, and back-office management. She excels in building back-office teams in India for US companies, designing online Knowledge Management Portals, and streamlining workflows to boost productivity. Her expertise includes developing strategies to increase ROI through data customization and reusability, along with a strong track record in revamping SharePoint sites, supporting technical project proposals, product user-guide development, and enhancing user experience.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering and is recognized for her outstanding business communication skills, which have enabled her to build long-term business relationships with her target audience. She is primarily involved in developing federal government proposals ranging from $25M to $100M.
As a researcher at TrendingOLD, she has dedicated a decade to understanding the real-time issues faced by senior citizens in India. She is currently working on solutions for the top three problems identified, including the challenges of post-surgery recovery, boredom and confinement at home, and the lack of senior-friendly services in the food and travel industries. Her project aims to connect with Age-Tech companies and MSMEs in the senior healthcare industry, with plans to host a healthcare exhibition exclusively for senior citizens in January 2025 in Bangalore.
In addition to her IT work, she mentors rural startups, working closely with her teams at EduElevate and i-Fit Yoga to discover hidden talent in rural students and women. The skill development center, located in Bidadi near Bangalore, is a joint initiative with Mr. Karthik Kumar S., driven by their shared vision of giving back to rural communities since they first met in 2005 at the Interactive Technology Software and Media Association (ITSMA), Bangalore.
