Due to her passion to constantly learn and grow, she decided to do a PG Diploma in Retail Marketing from the Singapore Institute of retail studies and graduated in 2009. She is developing the brand of a leading jewelry boutique in Singapore, with branches in multiple locations, which has shown tremendous growth. While developing brands, Padmaja has been extensively working in the areas of digital marketing, advertising, and organizing large-scale events with leading celebrities from  India. Padmaja has recently played a key role in organizing the Ilaiyaraala show Voice of Legends featuring SPB, Yesudas, and Chitra in Singapore.

 

Padmaja is very passionate about serving the community, through her expertise in fashion, and has started a Facebook group for saree lovers by the name “Saree Connexions”. She is also actively involved with organizations like India Vision Foundation in New Delhi, India, LISHA (Little India Shop Owners Association’ women’s wing, Singapore and Breast Cancer Foundation of Singapore(BCF)
