She has an extensive and distinguished career of 9 years at NIIT, the last assignment being as the Head of Bangladesh, 7 years at NIS SPARTA as Regional Vice President, 4 years at Bharti Learning Systems Ltd as Senior Vice President, 7 years as Chief Operating Officer at Centum Learning Ltd, and 7 years as CEO & Director at Mind Leaders Learning India Pvt Ltd.
