Built employee resource groups that provide a platform for networking, mentorship, and professional development opportunities, enabling women to support and grow together.

Worked on outreach programs that help organizations give back to society. She is a catalyst who ensures there is a strong representation of women colleagues in our Leadership Effectiveness programs. Worked on leadership journeys and ensured we cultivated a pipeline of future women leaders within the organization. To boost gender diversity in the technology sector, launched scholarship programs for girls / women from deserving backgrounds to pursue higher education and thrive in their careers.  Coached and mentored leaders to build a Safe, Inclusive, Workplace that strives for preventing workplace sexual harassment.

Strongly believe that onboarding employees on Day 1 is a magical moment of truth for organizations. Worked through many initiatives to ensure all colleagues have a smooth and rewarding onboarding experience, equipped with tools and resources for success. Have designed an extensive buddy program that pairs new hires with experienced colleagues fostering a sense of belonging.

Worked on total reward programs that are competitive, best in breed, and would emphasize the philosophy of performance pay. Introduced automation in HR and many are first-of-its-kind trend-setting initiatives   – HR Bot, Digitalized Wall of Glory which talked through success stories of numerous employees. Designed and implemented numerous reward platforms for employees to self-nominate and own their progression in the organization. Strongly believe in celebrating the success of employees to ensure we accelerate and align toward the shared vision of the organization.

Coached business leaders to actively listen to employee feedback through HR open hours, engagement surveys, and regular touchpoints through skip meetings, and brown bag sessions. Worked on numerous events which enhanced the engagement and experience of our colleagues.

She is working towards building a future in India, wherein organizations encourage employees to have an entrepreneurial spirit and are looking for opportunities to innovate and adapt to new platforms and trends.
