In her 8 years of experience, she has handled end to end recruitments, onboarding, induction, trainings, MIS, appraisals, compensation & benefits, exits etc. Along with her job, she is also working towards enhancing her knowledge and skills. She believes that one should always keep on studying for upskilling and self-development.

She has also received certifications in Indian Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Predictive Analysis and Power BI. She has always been a curious woman who enjoys learning new things and exploring all the possibilities. She says,” There is problem with proper recruitment strategy, the attrition rate, retention strategies, HRIS system etc. Recently I have solved the problem of HRIS software at my organization and helped in the implementation of one of the HRIS. Various policies have also been introduced for employee benefits & keeping in mind gender diversity as well such as Flexi hours, Hybrid working, Period Leave, 5 day working etc.”

Mrs. Khatri was responsible for the implementation of new HRIS after much R&D of various HRIS softwares. After successful implementation the employees were given induction and queries regarding the functioning of HRIS was solved. It had created huge impact as the employees are really very happy and contended by this step and has reduced the man hours as the things have become easy by one click
