His 35+ years of progressive career achieved distinguished excellence in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Project Management, Asset & Facilities Management, and Testing & Commissioning. He has had the privilege of leading iconic, multi-million-dollar projects across various sectors, including Metro Rail, Highrise Residentials & Commercials, FIFA Stadiums, 5-Star Hotels, shopping malls, International Schools, and related infrastructure projects. He has gained extensive experience in Power, Natural Gas, Cement, and Petrochemicals projects. His career has been defined by managing complex international projects in Qatar, UAE, and India, with expertise spanning MEP systems, including HVAC, Tunnel Ventilation, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Building Management Systems (BMS). These efforts have contributed to the successful execution of projects worth USD 550 million globally and INR 30 billion in India, delivering infrastructure solutions across 60+ million square feet.

Being a strong advocate for quality and sustainability, he has been instrumental in implementing ISO 9001:2008 quality management standards and integrating innovative solutions like Asset Information Modelling (AIM), and COBie on the BIM platform. His focus on energy-efficient systems, such as District Cooling and green building initiatives, has ensured both operational excellence and environmental stewardship.
