As it is rightly said, “ Management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things”. Mr. Sourav Swami is an alumni of Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management and holds a Masters in Human Resource Management and Bachelors in Computer Application.
He is currently associated with Colive as Chief Development Officer and is also a founding member.
Mr. Sourav is responsible for all strategy, business development, new initiatives, expansion, partner alliances for the entity.
He has rich experience in new initiatives and business expansion across the country. He is also a keen follower of global markets for start-ups, alternate asset industries like coliving, co-working, student housing and new age education.
He has a unique quality of creating newer business opportunities with rich experience in process re-engineering, risk management, talent development and strategic alliances.
He also served as Managing partner of Brand Accelerator, a startup marketing platform. He was associated with Times Group as a Head of Business Development & Chief of Staff for the real estate business, Artha.
He has worked with Insurance giants like MetLife & HDFC Life and also with consumer durable setups like Emami & Merino. He started his career with ITC Infotech as a trainee software developer. He works closely with Ramakrishna Mission & several other charitable trusts for children education.
