A Third generation lawyer with 13 years of extensive experience in adversarial matters, Sachin is a qualified Advocate-on-Record practicing before the Supreme Court of India, other High Courts and Appellate Tribunals & forums including NCLT, NCLAT etc. His expertise lies In civil and criminal matters, white collar crimes, PMLA and those arising from commercial contracts. With over 10000 appearances before various courts and tribunals, he has successfully represented clients including domestic companies, multinational corporations, non-profit organizations, and HNIs. For his in-depth legal acumen, pragmatic advice, high degree of responsiveness, and professionalism, he is often called upon by the clients to devise pre-litigation strategies and manage litigations and is considered as a “GO-TO Counsel”.
