His journey has been a roller coaster, born into a middle-class family, all in jobs, an average student who got exposed to front-line sales in the initial 5-6 years of his career with durables, gradually learned ground operations and grew to leadership roles in last about 6-7 years of his career.

From the beginning of his career in front-line sales, his core philosophy and approach have always been to offer real value to customers to grow exponentially. With this philosophy, he launched Consulttrans Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. In September 2021, a unique Consulting and Advisory services model entered the Employee commute Industry.

ConsultTrans specializes in covering the entire gamut of corporate employee transportation and business rental solutions for B2B clients. The team reshapes and transforms employee transportation with expertise in evaluating opportunities. Operating across 14 locations in India with a vision to have a global presence by Year 2025-2026.

A firm believer in the Power of the Subconscious Mind, the Law of Attraction, the influence of karma, and gut feeling. Outside of work, he is an early riser who enjoys practicing yoga, meditation surrounded by nature, reading books on leadership, playing cricket, tennis, and carrom over weekends.
