He began his career in event management, soon transitioning to learning and development. During this phase, as he witnessed the various interactions between people and stakeholders, Roshan was attracted to the more complicated communications sector, starting his journey in the world of PR. He has been instrumental for the communications campaigns for several leading brands in India. He founded Pepper Interactive Communications in 2011.
Roshan is adept at drawing inspiration from various other disciplines and applying it in his field of expertise, and has been successful in creating some unique strategies that have become interesting case studies.
He is passionate about new technologies and believes that communications today, and in the future, would require a storytelling that are adaptable to suit multiple formats at the same time, and capture mind space of various stakeholders in a world filled with ambient noise. Pepper, following his vision, looks at a technology-driven integrated communications approach that encompasses all formats for effective messaging. In the past decade, the company has worked with over 100+ brands in India and from around the world.
Pepper has helped numerous startups and companies gain recognition in the country, enhancing their brand equity and reputation.Under his guidance, the company has expanded across India, with branches in Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi, with plans to expand further.
