Rathnakumar began his exemplary journey by founding India’s first Crowdfunding Platform at 21, followed by his 2nd startup, ShoutPaper, at 22 — an NGO focused on helping underprivileged kids. Rathnakumar soon understood the significance of utilizing software technology for the benefit of organizations and people alike.

Throughout his career, he has held major leadership positions building AI Products across the globe for multiple Fortune 500 companies like Amazon and IBM.

With over 10 years of global experience in the sphere of Data Science and AI, he takes the most pride in empowering startups and entrepreneurs on their journey to success.

His books — “Product Management 101” and “The ABCs of Data Science” support and guide fellow tech leaders, enthusiasts, and entrepreneurs, while he actively partakes in community-building as a leadership council member at AIM, TEDx, and various other avenues.

Continuing to create innovative AI products and strategies, Rathnakumar joined Netradyne as a Product lead in 2022, one of Forbes AI 50 companies.
