Managing an onsite/offshore company during the initial days were challenging and he has been successful in setting up various teams in different technologies/skill sets successfully to work across the group business. He is a firm believer in honesty and optimistic in nature. He works hard with passion and great energy, which helps him to achieve great heights. He respects subordinate whatsoever the position they hold and believe’s in people culture.

Having a good understanding with stakeholder’s expectations, he is able to deliver the best results for the group companies and clients, which are to the delight of his stakeholders. He has also successfully implemented many applications at different stages of his career. In his leadership, the Ovato Technology Chennai has honoured as the “Great Indian Workplace Award” in 2019. He has successfully completed certifications on “Strategic management and Leadership” from IIM Rothak. Hi-Impact Leadership workshop from Shiv Khera are few to mention

He loves teaching and sharing knowledge and he has been training students on Manual and Automation testing during his initial days in carrier and as a corporate trainer.  He continues to do now by attending as chief guest and a keynote speaker in Management and Business School to speak on subjects like “Leadership”, “Positive Thinking” etc; .His speech was recognised by the students as very inspirational and motivating. He is currently writing a book on his learnings on leadership, which he intends to publish sometime soon.  He regularly read’s academic books for visually impaired students in the public library to help them for their exams through a NGO. In his free time, He loves reading books and he plays cricket and badminton with his office team regularly.
