When everyone in Mehar’s batch was focusing on placements in their last year of under-graduation, Mehar took a decision of not sitting for placements and to pursue his start-up. Coming from a small town of Saharanpur, Mehar understands the importance of quality education. In the era of technological enhancement, there are many established EduTech companies which provide different packages to help students excel in their studies. Mehar wanted to do something different.

Mr. Mehar believes that students today should be taught to be leaders, not mere followers. It is important for people to be introduced to new branches of education and develop the skills required to excel in those. The focus of Implovate is to reach out to the youth of India and help them find their passion and suggest ideas in their career guidance.

Google cloud is the official partner of Implovate EduTech Pvt Ltd. India. Partnership from Google helped Implovate to build and grow as it provided cloud access for programming to take place and thus saving hardware which would be tedious to implement.

Not everyone is willing to be a doctor or an engineer. And it is not that only some professions are successful. Mehar started Implovate with a vision for betterment of the society. He  wants people to excel in whichever field they love.
