He furthered his academic pursuits by obtaining an EMBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
Throughout his first 20 years of career, he had the opportunity to travel extensively, implementing complex IT solutions, while employed at HCL and Tech Mahindra. While in Tech Mahindra he held the position of Vice President and led a team of 1000 + Engineers.
During the next 10+ years, as an entrepreneur, he founded Eone Technologies, a firm that provides IT services to a global clientele. After ten years of successful operation, he sold the company and continues to serve as its CEO.

He has actively promoted the empowerment of women by identifying those who have experienced career breaks due to family responsibilities and assisting them in re-entering the professional workforce, thereby enhancing their financial independence and self-confidence.
In addition, he has focused on the development of individuals from rural areas by offering appropriate professional training, enabling them to achieve notable success in their careers. He is also committed to societal betterment through initiatives such as tree plantation, having contributed to the planting of over 500 trees in his neighborhood.
Throughout his professional journey, he has maintained a firm belief in the art of project management, viewing it as more than a mere science. He possesses a unique ability to recognize talent and effectively delegate tasks. To articulate his perspectives on project management, he authored a book that has garnered considerable acclaim among project managers.
During this period, he married Kanchana Devi Rajendran, and together they established a family. They have two daughters; the elder is currently pursuing her master’s degree in the United States, while the younger is enrolled in the 11th grade at PSBB in Chennai.
