He learned from his real-life experiences as a parent of an Autism Child had to continue the technology profession to earn his bread and butter and pursue specializations in Healthcare and Rehabilitation services in finding ways to support society and by designing wellness programs to transform the True Ability Persons (PWD and Neuro Diversity) from Dependent to Independent living. This award is special to him because it recognizes efforts in connecting the dots between technology, education, healthcare, rehabilitation, and research initiatives.
His outstanding contributions and achievements have truly distinguished him as a leader in the field.
He began his career 26 years ago and holds dual masters in Telecommunications and Hospital and Health systems management from BITS Pilani and CMC Vellore, Autism and Child Development Early intervention specialization from Osmania University and Rehabilitation Council of India, and Doctoral Research (Ph.D.) from GITAM University. He recently published a lot of articles in the Mobile World Congress, International Patient Safety Conferences, and other media like the Economic Times.
He is also associated with Kyndryl Inc., Network and Edge Practice, an Advisor to Smiles Foundation – Neurodiversity Center of Excellence, Ex IBMer, Technology Head of Apollo Hospitals Group Corporate IT, FHPL and Accenture, NIIT and National Information Services Corporation world’s largest research publications company as Sub Director in his early profession.
He also emphasizes peer parents and society members on awareness of Autism. Important point to remember critical illnesses like Diabetes, Cancer, Cardiac problems, and Accidental Trauma cases we have life support with medical intervention. Unfortunately, Neuro Disorders do not have medical support to cure, and they are lifetime challenges. Only early intervention, Medical Advice, therapy services, Nutritional diet, and change in environments give ample opportunity to transform Persons with Neuro Diversity from Dependent to Independent living.
