After earning his engineering degree at a reputed autonomous university, he aspired for more and pursued higher education in Australia. Despite the financial and cultural challenges, he worked as a dishwasher and cleaner while studying. Each task, no matter how menial, was a stepping stone toward realizing his goals. He remained humble and determined, building character along the way.

Guided by his brother, Saravanaraja, he stayed grounded and never forgot his roots. His mentorship was instrumental in shaping his mindset.

His career took a defining turn when he joined Baiada Poultry in 2005. What started as an opportunity grew into a lifelong journey. Baiada became his second home, a place where he was able to develop his skills, rise through the ranks, and ultimately become the General Manager in Western Australia. The principles of loyalty, humility, and teamwork became his foundation for success.

His success story extends beyond personal growth. Co-founding The Royal Inn with Mr. Ganapathy & Mrs Subha allowed them to create affordable student housing, giving back to the community.

In agriculture, he co-founded Shamuga Farms & Feed-mill with Mr. Navasakthi, raising over 50,000 layers and still growing to contribute to the local economy through quality egg production.

As a Trustee at The Kongu Polytechnic College, Mallur, Salem, he supported students through campus interviews, helping them secure meaningful careers.

His journey so far, from humble beginnings to professional success, reflects hard work, family values, and community support. He aims to explore more in life and continue giving back, always uplifted by his family’s unwavering support.
