He earned a Master of Science degree in Organic Chemistry from the state’s renowned university, graduating with a stellar GPA of 7.57 and receiving the prestigious Distinction Excellence program. His postgraduate diploma in Operations Management studies added a strong plinth to his academic framework. To unravel his quality certifications, he was certified with globally accredited Lead Auditor courses from IRCA-CQI which include ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 in Dubai (UAE). Additionally, he is certified Six Sigma Green Belt from India’s National Institute “ISI”; New Delhi. 

An accomplished & result-oriented professional with 14+ years of global experience in Quality Control/Operations majorly in project commissioning enables him out of box thinking with mastering in tailor-made testing solutions and method development for TQM. Bolstering & steadfast process functions cruxes on development, qualification & validation of new suppliers for RM’s/PM’s (Raw/Packing Materials), lab-wares, equipment, chemicals/ reagents, with competitive terms of delivery, price, shelf lives & u/various norms of REACH, ART, COSHH, RoHS etc.

His expertise lies in leading cutting-edge manufacturing solutions that enable organizations to optimize their operations. His deep technical knowledge and functional insight have been instrumental in integrating shop-floor machines with Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and WHY-WHY methodologies. He has helped organizations reduce downtime & batch time (>30%↓), streamline operations, and enhance productivity (40%↑) through process optimization with stringent safety, quality & efficiency. These will lead to robust sustainable process overhauling through pushing boundaries & driving changes.

His accolades include the “Team of the Month Award” for setting up precious metal laboratory operations in a stipulated & substantial time frame by triumphantly maintaining its repeatability & reproducibility level. One of his Six Sigma-based projects in the Continuous Casting Copper Rod (CCCR) plant for BHEL achieved >95% success rate in defect eliminations fetched >$60K/annum operation cost savings plus winning back lost customers.

In his last assignment in UAE with Belgium-based establishment “SOUDAL NV” as “Quality Control Manager”, he was awarded by his MD with a “Mentor Award” for delivering a distinguished program on “Six Sigma”. On the flip side, to maintain a safety culture within the whole operation, he successfully launched the STOP CARD PROGRAM to improve safety culture and to add more volunteer safety ambassadors to uphold the zero LTI target. He is constantly thinking about the future of work—how we can continue to innovate, adapt, and evolve our strategies to meet the needs of our organization and its stakeholders.
