Mr. Devesh Satish Chandra Rastogi’s journey began with a humble middle-class household in the hinterland of Uttar Pradesh, India; with a strong academic foundation; where every breakthrough in life was achieved but not without a twist in the tale.

He earned a Master in Technology in Food Technology from a reputed University in North India with honors and a GATE Scholarship, and from there his professional journey began. All along his career in food processing industries, he created a reputation for his problem-solving skills and go-getter attitude; which not only delivered results on time; but also helped companies streamline their operations and error-proof their production processes to eliminate customer complaints. Over some time, the skillset was mastered in all the areas of the food processing industry right from product development to product delivery up to the consumer.

Along with his professional journey, he topped up his qualifications in manufacturing management and financial management to align his business skills for the apex level roles in the industry which required techno-commercial expertise. In later part of his career, he was instrumental in designing and executing large food processing infrastructure like Mega Food Parks and Integrated Cold Chain Infrastructure.

With his unique ability to bring vision into a reality; he helped many promoters and their organizations to bring their dreams into reality through their most difficult times. His capabilities not only assured the dreams to stay on course but also to support many families to avoid a financial blackhole and change the course of their financial future for the better. He has built a reputation as a master leader with Turn Key Project Deliveries in Large Scale Food Processing Infrastructure where all the stakeholders can simply rely on getting the most authentic and practical solutions in the best interest of the project and stakeholders.

He is deeply connected with value addition and creating positive change in the lives of people who he comes in touch with. To Him , the value creation begins with stake holders and then extends to a larger society. He writes on Food and Nutrition ; and is a reviewer on peer reviewed journal on Annals Of Ayurvedic Medicine.

He won the Indian Achiever’s Award for a promising start-up in 2022, for Fanidhar Mega Food Park, as its Chief Operating Officer, making it the only profitable Mega Food Park in India and record time.

He envisions creating a sustainable model of a food security system by creating a food processing and supply chain infrastructure that thrives on local produces and surpluses by channelizing them to the world in shared space enabling food on every table through efficient processing and wastage reduction.
