His greatest strength lies in building organizations from the ground up. He has a track record of establishing startup teams within larger organizations to address complex issues. Notably, he built a global delivery organization from inception, serving clients in over 30 countries across North America, APAC & EMEA regions. Within a few years, it grew into a major business line, employing more than 1,000 people from diverse backgrounds. His focus on delivering client-centric services rather than simply selling capabilities has been key to his success in generating revenue.
