Before joining Carysil Limited in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), he worked with listed entities, including Konark Synthetics Limited, Lactose India Limited, and Batliboi Limited. Following his initial appointment at Carysil, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Group CFO, and he currently serves as an Executive Director and Group CFO.

Since joining Carysil, he has contributed significantly to the company’s growth by channeling resources toward its expansion. He raised funds from Indian and foreign banks for acquisitions, capital expenditures, and working capital requirements.

He has also strengthened Carysil’s corporate governance by ensuring strict compliance with SEBI, RBI, and Stock Exchange regulations. He manages investor relations and conducts Analyst Meetings and presentations, building trust with investors and helping Carysil establish a positive market reputation.

Under his leadership, Carysil has expanded through foreign acquisitions in the United Kingdom and the United States. He played a key role in the preferential and Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) processes, raising funds to support Carysil’s strategic growth, which has helped expand its global presence.

As Executive Director & Group CFO, he focuses on Carysil’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost reduction, and aligning resources with long-term goals. He has established strong internal controls and a risk mitigation strategy to ensure smooth daily operations. His emphasis on clear processes and efficient operations has made Carysil more resilient to global challenges.

His expertise aligns with Carysil’s vision of becoming a one-stop solution for all kitchen and bathroom requirements, contributing to building a strong foundation to achieve this goal.
