Agradeep has done his schooling from Kolkata. He was an extraordinarily smart student and was actively involved in all co-curricular activities. He is a BE (Mech) and MBA. He had bagged the first prize in all Maharashtra Level debate competition during his college days.

After gaining tremendous success and work recognition in brands like J&N, ICI Paints, Kohler, Nokia and LIXIL he is currently working with Interface as Managing Director – India & South Asia. He made a humble beginning as Area Sales Manager in Mumbai with J&N and quickly but surely walked up the ladder gathering tons of experience and love from fellow colleagues.

Agradeep joined Interface in 2015. Interface deals primarily in carpet tiles and serves the Grade A office space in India. Agradeep’s impact was huge to the Interface India’s business and he doubled then turnover from 2015 to 2019. He transformed the sales organisation and lead the team from front in a B2B business environment. He brought in many innovations of customer service and offers and optimised the backend operations to double the profitability too while expanding the team. The company market share under his leadership grew from 28% to 45%.

Agradeep sees greater scope of growth in the business as Interface forays into resilient flooring with LVT and Rubber floorings from Nora acquisition. The next step is to grow the business profitably in other segments of Health Care, Education and Hospitality. His dream is to establish Interface as the most valuable brand in B2B specification segment.
