Mr. Abhishek Ranjan’s leadership is characterized by youthful dynamism and compassion, emphasizing teamwork and mindfulness as foundational elements. Over the past five years, under his guidance, DMN-WESTINGHOUSE has experienced significant growth and expansion within the South-Asian market. As a wholly owned subsidiary of DMN-WESTINGHOUSE, The Netherlands, DMN India Pvt. Ltd. specializes in designing and manufacturing rotary valves, diverter valves, and other components essential for bulk solids handling. With over 70+ years of industry experience, the company has established itself as a leader in its field.
He boasts over 13 years of experience in the corporate sector, having worked with leading multinational corporations in India. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Business Management from Rushford Business School. He earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IMT Ghaziabad and holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Instrumentation & Control Engineering from Poornima College of Engineering, Jaipur. Additionally, he has attended professional and leadership courses from top global universities like the Indian Institute of Management, INSEAD, etc.
Starting his career at L&T Technology Services as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in 2012, he showcased remarkable dedication and was recognized with several recognitions throughout his career… To further enhance his management skills, he later joined GEA Group as a Service Project Manager and additionally was responsible for the Sales/Service of Nu-Con products global exposure gave an opportunity him to become the General Manager of DMN-WESTINGHOUSE for India Cluster and later promoted to Managing Director of DMN India Pvt. Ltd. in August 2020, tasked with overseeing Profit & Loss and ensuring company growth in the South-Asia region.
He has demonstrated a strong ability to enhance profitability, operational efficiency, and problem-solving capabilities while driving sustainable growth and strengthening competitive advantages for both the company and its clients. He successfully established a greenfield Indian Legal Entity and implemented effective business practices, catering to blue-chip companies across diverse industries, including food and beverages, dairy, specialty chemicals, paints, polymers, petrochemicals, minerals, and pharmaceuticals. He is a People’s Manager who always cares and looks for the overall growth of the team members.
As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and Value Engineering practitioner, he possesses expertise in team leadership, project engineering, and Six Sigma methodologies. His overarching goal is to deliver exceptional quality in dry bulk solids handling that consistently demonstrates its value over time.
