Academic Excellence:
Raj C Mohan earned a Ph.D. in Organization Behavior after completing his Engineering in Information Technology and an MBA in IT. His thirst for knowledge led him to explore diverse subjects, showcasing a remarkable ability to grasp complex concepts with ease.
Professional Achievements:
With a work experience of 21+ years and having worked with prominent companies such as Mphasis, Dell, HP, and IBM, Raj C Mohan now serves as the Director – Geography Executive at Kyndryl, where he leads the Cloud Business covering markets across America (North America, South America, and Canada). Additionally, he takes on the role of University Relationship Leader for Kyndryl India.
Raj’s pursuit of excellence has led to multiple achievements in the field of IT and Cloud Services. Whether through innovative projects or pioneering initiatives, he consistently raises the bar, earning admiration from his direct reports, peers, and superiors alike. Raj C Mohan is consistently recognized by his organization and his peers, recently winning the People’s Choice award.
University Champion for Kyndryl India:
- As a Guest Lecturer and Technical Advocate, he has addressed 10K+ students across 50 Colleges between 2022-23, covering technical, corporate life, and life skills.
- He has been a Chief Guest for various colleges across India.
- Planning visits in 2023 for more than 10K students for their placements in 2024.
Impact on Society:
Beyond his professional achievements, Raj has made significant contributions to society. He is engaged with two prominent NGOs in India – Bhumi and Team Everest.
Under Bhumi’s Right to Education CSR activity, Raj successfully secured admissions for more than 25 students in 2021 and 2022, and 18 students in 2020, with ongoing efforts for 2023. This initiative ensures that children have access to education by utilizing government scheme benefits without additional fees or intermediaries involved.
With Team Everest, he is actively involved in two projects, Bridge and Speak Out, which focus on mentoring graduate students from underprivileged families. Raj helps them improve their interpersonal and communication skills, personality development, industry knowledge, and understanding, with support from corporate and NGO sponsorships.
He has also been associated with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and actively participates in Kyndryl’s CSR initiatives in Bengaluru, such as the “Plant a Tree” initiative, “The Green Pedals” initiative, and the “GOODERA” Tactile card for the welfare of specially-abled kids, among others.
