Dr. Das has helped develop a sustainable, modular and mobile power unit, fitted in a 20 ft. container, integrated with solar/storage to create a completely decentralized power grid which is cheaper, reliable and eco-friendly. Being an academician and researcher, he is dynamically involved in contributing towards sustainable development goals targeting clean water and sanitation, affordable and clean energy, climate action and good health and well-being. He has been testing diverse waste fuels (biomass fuels) and currently implementing clean energy projects in India, Indonesia and Africa. 

Dr Nripanka Das is the youngest to receive Honorary Doctorate from United States of America in Innovation and Environmental Sustainability (Assam). He is a Multiple World Record Holder, Gold Medallist, Winner of prestigious NATIONAL YOUTH ICON AWARD&GFI and Sankalpna Innovation Fellow. Dr Das Represented India at United Nations Asia-Pacific, Thailand under International Youth Congress and was nominated for the prestigious KARAMVEER CHAKRA AWARD. Dr. Nripanka also worked as a researcher in English Language Teaching in Istanbul and Turkey, under the prestigious University of Cambridge and also represented India for esteemed socio-economic projects in Philippines (Global Community Development Programme). He worked as a research fellow in Colombia and travelled across different states (USA) to develop feasible technological solutions to solve energy problems in rural areas.
