Winner of The Bharat Vidya Award in 2019 and having received The Best Chef Asia Award in 2020 his competitive spirit and untiring passion since over 20 years now has made him reach top of the charts on various occasions. He saw his first entry into the world of glamor at the age of 11 months being selected to model for a healthy baby tonic, thereafter he grew up enjoying his favourite foods at home, learning the basic of cooking from his mother. 

He was able to find his peace and enjoyed being in the kitchen with mom learning the basics and getting them right since age of 7 and it was great mastering the art.  He has worked with Taj Group of Hotels, Kuwait Airways and also been with various top hotel management colleges and Institutes in India and kingdom of Bahrain, sharing his technical knowledge and skills with thousands of students over the years.

 Besides Cooking, he also had a flair for writing on food and hospitality and he published his thoughts and ideas with over 25 publications globally from the Mid-Day – Mumbai to The Indian Express and from The Times- Kuwait’s Premier Newspaper to the Beyond Sindh Magazine in HongKong. Candid, Crisp and Confident as he defines his personality has been a   very strong contributing factor in his success journey.   Having featured on Colors Television and Star Plus on cookery shows.

 He has impressed a huge fan following with his presence on the social media as well he has also been into restaurant consultancy, training – research development with various food companies, websites, hotels, retail industry and more… His aim in life is to be a successful & resourceful individual who is known as an outstanding performer and has achieved almost every possible aspect to do with his  area of interest being Food & Hospitality and more!
