Rohit Nayyar, alumni of Shri Ram College of Commerce, DU, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. He also cleared the Certified Information System Auditor, USA exam. After two decades in the corporate leadership roles across various Indian and Multinational companies, including Max and DELL, he made a conscious choice to transition into the social sector. He joined “CARE India Solutions for Sustainable Development,” a reputed NGO back in April’17.

As a CFO, Rohit has grown into the role of a strategic enabler serving as the integration hub for disparate business processes, a catalyst for leading and driving change, and as a trusted advisor to influence the future roadmap of the company. He has been recognised for building high performance global teams across multiple continents with disparate skill sets.

Over the years, Rohit has won several industry accolades, including “CFO 2020 Roll of Honour” and the “National Strategic CFO 2019” Award. He has been featured in prominent media publications, including ETCFO.com from The Economic Times. He is an active member of the “CII National Committee for CFOs” for the year 20-21 in recognition of his contribution as a member of the “CII National Committee on Financial Reporting” for the year 19-20. He is a revered speaker across ‘CXO’ forums (including Forbes India), Business schools (including IIM, IMT, Delhi University). He has also appeared as a TV panelist and is a contributing author as well.

Rohit focuses on being an “Achiever of Purpose” instead of a mere “Prisoner of Procedure” with a strong belief that “Those who forget the BASICS, wonder why Specifics don’t Work.”

He is a family man to the core and attributes his success to oodles of perseverance, Parents’ blessings, and above all, GOD’s grace.
