He is an engineer with B. Tech Chemical. He has also studied General Management from Indian School of Business.  He has trained 8200+ employees globally and coaching provided for 50+ professionals

His 25+ years of experience in Petrochemical, Pharma sectors makes him an expert in managing Global Operational Excellence, Supply chain management in Big Pharma companies at corporate level. He also worked in areas of  Business Strategy, Operations, Supply chain transformation, Organization Transformation and Deployment of Shop Floor Excellence globally engaging all employees.As a corporate excellence leader worked closely with CEO &COO to bring organization transformation to achieve P&L bottom line impact (Till date more than 55 Million USD in last 12 years).

Aravindan was associated with Reliance industries, Jubilant, Piramal group, Aurobindo pharma Dr. Reddys for spearheading their efficiency and effectiveness initiatives to transform as a world class service organization. He is currently associated with Biocon group- Syngene international for driving organization excellence and transformational initiatives.

He has a unique experience of coaching individuals towards excellence in the framework of transform, perform and reform under program theme of Lead Self, Lead others and Lead organization

He has won lot of national awards and recognitions for the contributions to pharma industry in field of excellence and organization transformations.
