Ms. Suprabha, is the Founder and CEO of Dig Discover Derive Consulting. She has a distinguished career, spanning over two decades, in Academics, Child Education/Psychology, Human Resource Management and Business leader. She founded DDD Consulting in the year 2016 and in less than half a decade, has turned it into a leading and fast emerging Consultancy firm in Education/Career Strategy space.
Dig Discover Derive Consulting is known for its programmes on Personal Effectiveness for Professional Excellence (PEPE). It is sharply focused on the areas of Stress Management, Leadership development and Personal-Professional communication. Three of its blockbuster programmes are (1) Public Speaking Masters (PSM) programme (2) Public Speaking Learner (PSL) Programme and (3) Fluently English Bolo (FEB) Programme. The company has recently launched it’s “Spiritual Anchoring Programme (SAP)” for Individuals and Corporates. This is based on Patanjali Yoga, Bhagwat Gita and Vedant. This online programme has been such a big–instant hit in merely 4 months that its offline mode is now being launched very shortly.
Ms. Suprabha steers the strategic management of the programme structures with a team of highly qualified and motivated professionals. Her experience of anchoring organisational initiatives as a Board Member, executing strategic HR initiatives and developing rich Academic Programmes as pedagogical expert in fast paced technology driven ecosystems go a long way in imparting these programmes a scientific, sound and strong foundation. Suprabha is known for having creating a Worker-Employer Direct Interaction & Networking Group (WEDING) during her stint as HR Head in her previous assignment. Because of this, the employees voluntarily left the union and the Employer could directly resolve their issues at the earliest and quickly without any intervening politics. This system was so successful that it was adopted by many neighbouring employees and continues till date after almost a decade.
Ms. Suprabha completed her M.Sc in Physics from Delhi University, PGDCA, B.Ed, C.T.E.T. & Certification (Philosophy) from University of Edinburg. Ms. Suprabha has been certified by Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, on “Be Vocal about Local”, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Ministry of Women and Child Development Certification on International Women’s Day and National Commission for Women Certificate for Women’s Rights pledge.
