Additionally, she spearheaded the launch of Rich Communication Services (RCS) over the 5G network, a messaging platform that handles over 50 million messages daily, enabling enhanced communication experiences for customers.
As the Lead SME, she collaborated with Google to implement File Transfer over HTTP for NNI (Network-to-Network Interface), ensuring smooth interoperability and elevating the RCS user experience. She also played a critical role in developing emergency communication solutions, including the beta launch of 911 emergency texting services through a collaboration with SpaceX-T-Mobile satellites.
