Mr. Vikas Chadha is the Managing Director at GI Outsourcing which is a multinational Financial and accounting transformation and outsourcing corporation with offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, South Africa, and London with nearly 500 plus professionals, CA, and ACCAs working as specialists in finance and accounting domains for various industries including hospitality, retail, medical, education, accountancy, and real estate. He has more than 25 years of experience in large corporate houses in senior leadership roles and advising boards. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he has helped set up successful businesses and navigated businesses for growth and high profitability. He has worked to grow GI’s business exponentially which has helped GI double itself over the last two years.
His successful stints with Multinational Brands include a successful decade-long stint with Berggruen Hotels (Keys Hotels) as its Executive Director and CFO where he was part of the core team to build the Keys portfolio from a start-up to its eventual exit through a strategic sale. His other assignments were with leading corporates like Tata Global beverages which own Tetley Tea, UK, Bharti Airtel, Thomas Cook, Ampersand Education, Marico Ltd, and Mahindra & Mahindra Group in senior leadership roles and as part of their Board.
He was awarded by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants -UK as “One of the most influential CFOs of India”. He was also awarded Best CFO Hospitality and Services at the Asia CFO Excellence Awards, Singapore. He writes for several leading publications in India and Internationally. He is an Opinion Columnist with CEO World, New York, and India and writes for the Economic Times, HT Mint, and Business World to name a few. He is an active speaker on various Forums for Business Channels like Bloomberg, Zee Business, CNBC, etc. Recently, he won the Times Ascent Business Leader of the Award and the ET Now Pride of India awards. He is also a writer and the Author of the Amazon Bestseller book “Secret of Success and a Happy Heart” inspiring GenNext to pursue their dreams and sharing his Mantra for success and happiness. He is also a member of the prestigious NASSCOM regional council and part of the advisory board for various management institutes.
