By introducing drought—and pest-tolerant Corn hybrid seeds, he boosted agricultural efficiency and contributed to sustainable farming practices.

Inspired by the “Make in India” and “Local for Global” initiatives, he transformed Akshay Seeds to create a science-driven seed company focused on innovation and sustainability. Today, Akshay Seeds is recognized as a trusted provider of cutting-edge vegetable seeds, tailored to meet the needs of farmers across India. Under his leadership, the company has received prestigious accolades, including the Indian Achievers’ Award (2020) and recognition by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR).

In addition to driving business success, he is dedicated to mentoring young leaders in the agricultural sector, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
