Mr. Arun Mathews is a calm, yet disciplined professional counselor, who loves to spend time with his family and friends, and listen to Cliff Richard and the music of the band A-ha, when he is not working. His psychology training programs are very practical and normally do not include exams or written tests. The method that he uses is role-plays with real case studies, where a student becomes more confident in the program (All his courses are certified by the International Association of Therapists).
He was a former HR professional who took up his passion to counsel and train others has over 9+ years of Psychology Counselling experience, plus his 10+ experience in heading HR for companies like Q Technologies and Crazy Holidays makes him a go-to person for personal, as well as work-related interpersonal stress-related issues.
He has an MBA from St. Joseph’s College and an Advanced Diploma in Psychology Counselling from NHCA (Singapore). He has a habit of continuously updating his skills as he recently graduated from Banjara Academy, Bangalore. He is also an author and regularly conducts training programs on Psychology Counselling and his most popular ‘Mentorship’ Program is very popular worldwide, as well.
He says he would like to work with Schools/Colleges in the future as he says ‘The children are our future, and providing them emotional support, will go a long way in addressing most common problems our society faces today’.
He has a clinic at AECS Layout, Kundalahalli (Bangalore, INDIA) where he meets and consults clients daily. He also provides online consultations worldwide.
