An alumnus of ISB, a chemical engineer from NIT, Warangal, with a Masters in Operations Management, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a certified Project Management Professional, Kiran started his career as a process engineer and moved to business development and analytics, market research, strategy & operations, portfolio management, programme management, and capital expenditure project roles. Kiran is brining cost leadership into the market by digitizing and automating the operations to make medicines accessible, available, and affordable.

The journey has so far been challenging, educational, and rewarding on both professional and personal fronts. He worked with big, midsize, emerging, and early-stage start-up pharma companies. He has had the opportunity to work with business leaders, including angel investors, venture capitalists, high-net-worth individuals, private equity firms, and consulting firms. With this, he has developed a great capability to handle the business at any stage of its growth trajectory, irrespective of its size. His experience in technical, commercial, cross-cultural, and cross-border areas played a pivotal role in the sustainable growth of the organisation.
