At present, Dr. Singhal is associated with Larsen and Toubro Construction, India’s largest construction organisation and ranked among the world’s top engineering conglomerate. There’s a famous quote that reads, “You don’t find willpower, you create it” and he stands as the perfect example to this saying. Despite of having visual impairment, Dr. Singhal has achieved a stature of Water Expert by accomplishing various drinking water supply projects in order to serve the society. His areas of expertise are design, build and construction of water treatment plants, laying of MS & DI pipe networks, NRW/UFW reductions, 24×7 Water management for cities, leak detection and conditional assessment of old pipe networks.

Throughout his professional journey, Dr. Singhal has beautifully handled and has maintained a good professional relation with various government clients viz. Delhi Jal Board, Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board, Punjab Municipal Infrastructure Development Company, Haryana Urban Development Authority etc. He currently holds the Business Development Head post for Delhi-NCR region and is responsible for various business prospects.

He motivates and inspires the young generation by sharing his vast industry experience and professional learning. Nothing stopped him from achieving heights!
