Trilok Chand Gupta is a General Manager – Quality Assurance in Shanker Forge Pvt. ltd. He has done B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering and he is a competent professional with nearly 31 years of experience in Automotive industries. Excellent in define and implementing product & process controls to drive Quality Improvements, PPM reduction, Quality Culture Building with hands-on experiences in Analytical Problem-Solving Techniques for manufacturing operations in Plants. Having a Sound experience in handling domestic and overseas customers for the matters related to a quality, new product development, quality management systems, warranty and field failures etc.
Mr. Trilok advises the management on business strategies, promotes organization among clients & drives mission through employees & supports motivation of employees. Formulates policies and planning recommendations to the management, decides or guides courses of action in operations by staff. His main responsibilities in Shanker Forge are to monitoring and optimizing the manufacturing processes & troubleshooting problems in coordination with other departments for new product development & improving efficiency. Assessing quality performance in production areas with analysis of production goals verses quality & cost objectives.
