With more than 19 years of experience, Mr. Ravi Mehra, Founder CEO Sheerdrive Pvt. Ltd, has spent the last 16 years transforming the digital used car space in both national and international markets. He had worked with ROAM Africa as MD and lead Africa’s largest classified used car market place across 6 African countries; was a part of the founding team at CarTrade Tech, he built and scaled CarTrade’s B2B auctions business to the market leader. His core competence lies in Auto re-marketing, auctions, E-commerce and Startups.
Sheerdrive is spearheaded by an experienced team deeply entrenched within the used car distribution space. Their digital platform focuses on seamlessly unifying the volume and value-chain around pre-owned and certified pre-owned vehicles. The organization provides all kinds end to end services i.e., from purchase to sale. Their platform is empowering an existing country-wide dealer network to leverage and convert every market opportunity into business. Automation is at the core of their product. This unique fully autonomous Artificial Intelligent and Machine Learning (AI-ML) based module enables real-time evaluation of used cars. This guarantees a rapid generation of accurate quotes.
Back in April 2020 Sheerdrive was ideated and formed the base of their current used car evaluation system and C2B auction product. In May 2020, the organization went live in 4 locations with a team size of only 4. The platform provided a real-time market price for the exchange of used cars. Oct 2020, Sheerdrive went on to acquire Superbids.in, a leading B2B auction platform. In Nov 2020 Sheerdrive received its first round of seed capital from Group Landmark a TGP invested company. As of 2021. Sheerdrive is a team of 150+ and present across 75 locations pan India.
