Shekhar Nagargoje is a professional and academician. He has taught and mentored over 3000 Built environment students in leading architecture and project management institutes in India and Abroad. He believes in high performance, productivity, and the Growth mindset and uses these principles in his teaching, training, and mentoring sessions. He has observed through experience that, having a Growth Mindset have a significant impact in various areas of our life. It encourages individuals to rethink their approach to problems and to learn and evolve as better versions of themselves.
Shekhar Nagargoje is a gold medalist from CEPT University, Ahmedabad he was also conferred upon teaching excellence award at National Institute of Construction Management and Research for two consecutive years. He was invited by Confederation of Indian Industries as expert panelist on Smart cities forum, he also has been on various International panel discussions. He was awarded for his contribution in training students in development and analytics at Guangzhou University, China. He has Represented RICS SBE as Expert in Urban Growth Category for preparing Resilience Strategy for Pune City at Visioning Workshop organized by 100 Resilient Cities (100RC) program which is pioneered by The Rockefeller Foundation. He is also a founder director of Planmax, a research and advisory firm which offers consultancy and advisory on project feasibility and real estate investment analysis. Shekhar is also a reviewer of International Journal of Construction Management, Taylor and Francis group. He is having experience in real estate analytics, techno economic feasibility studies, highest and best land use studies, business development and real estate advisory services. He has done extensive research on urban resilience, smart cities, techno economic feasibility studies and valuation. He has published research papers and case studies in many international journals and conferences. His research paper on best practices for Indian smart cities was accoladed globally and is now a part of a book chapter. His research paper and case studies has been conferred as Merit paper award and Best-case award at International conferences.
