His first book was a co-authored book on labour law that was acclaimed by the corporate and the academic world. His second book on GIG Economy made him the first Indian writer to delve into the realm of the emerging trend of GIG working. His book got the best book award by Amazon. 

His thoughts are not run-of-the-mill and he is keen to share his thoughts, ideologies and vast knowledge in the field of Labour Laws and Employment with the world. This motivates him to pen down stimulating articles that raise pertinent questions about labour law practices and at the same time provides the elucidation for the same.
