Coming from a family-owned small and medium enterprises background, with an additional yet diverse qualifications, Mr. Vicky Shah, an MBA Finance, an Engineer- Computer Engineering to be specific & a graduate in Law (LLB), is a finance leader with over 15 years of experience across Manufacturing, Real Estate, Emergency Service, Hospitality Industries handling important areas, majority of them being – Fund Raising & Investor Relations, Strategic Business Planning & Implementation, Finance Transformation, Business Process Management, Financial Reporting and Compliance, Internal Audits & Internal Controls with focus on driving business performance and productivity
For any business to adapt with the market requirements, expertise along with right strategies and planning is a requisite. Mr. Shah, with an extensive experience in spearheading commercial functions such as accounts & finance, budgeting, strategic planning, working capital management, project financing and execution, costing & MIS reporting, Audit, Taxations, he has directed finance and accounting matters including corporate financial compliance, governance policies & procedures and general ledger ownership.
