He has 25+ years of experience in various domains like Quality Management, Operational Excellence, Operation Management, Business Excellence and worked with various MNC at senior Management Level. His last stint was as a Group Quality and Business Excellence Head at Caparo Group based out of Gurugram, Haryana, India.

He has been actively spreading & working upon Employee Engagement, Transformational Improvements, Problem Solving Skills, Creating Cross-Functional Culture & Team Building initiatives. He has a passion for training & continuous improvement of processes through People involvement, Analytical approach of problem-solving, Lean & Six Sigma Tools.

He holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master in Total Quality Management, Pre-PhD in Research Methodology. He is also professional a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Lead Auditor for ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and Auditor for ISO13485, IATF16949.

He is also a certified Trainer and a Certified Coach.

He started a YouTube channel in June 2017 to spread culture and his knowledge on quality, Lean, Six Sigma, Management System, etc., which has been very popular amongst industry professionals. Currently the channel has 300+ short videos with 2,88,000 subscribers from 60+ countries.

He also started other YouTube channel like Quality HUB International for promoting various industrial best practices with the help of English module and the third channel has spiritual content with the name of Gyan Jyoti India which also has 1,38,000 subscribers currently.

He founded Quality HUB India along with its co-founder Neha Viswakarma in the year 2017. Quality HUB India currently is a leading training and consulting firm specializing in providing management consulting solutions in Business Excellence, Strategy, Innovation, Problem-solving, and Business transformation across all industries and recognized as a leader in Performance Excellence.
