Prof. Dileep has been involved in teaching, research, training, administration, and consultation for the past 22 years, aligning with the transformation agenda of various national and international higher education and research organizations. He has recognised growth potential for newly founded institutions and expanded strategic guidelines in recognising market opportunities and positioning institutions as centers of excellence in providing outstanding education and research, working closely with vice chancellors.
In the areas of artificial intelligence, technology management, research and strategy, he holds two Australian patents, four Indian patent publications and 6 copyrights. In the management field, he has published nearly 180 research papers, 80 short case studies; 56 online articles; 8 books; 3 monographs; 6 papers in edited books; presented more than 110 keynote addresses, and delivered 110 keynote addresses.
For teaching, research, and consultancy he has been to the Netherlands, Belgium, Georgia, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, the Sultanate of Oman, Ukraine, Turkey, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Vietnam, Cambodia, and India. He is a research trainer who has given multiple workshops to higher education institutions on Bloom’s Taxonomy applications, outcome-based education, curriculum development, effective teaching and learning, and qualitative, quantitative, and mixed method research. He has conducted several corporate training in the areas of attitude building, work culture development, strategy, and leadership.
As part of the institutional quality assurance and accreditation process, I have helped several educational institutions get AACSB, AMBA, ABEST, ADRI, MQA, NAAC, and NBA accreditation. Integrating ERP technologies and integrated learning management systems.
He has worked in social services with a variety of NGOs in India, South Africa, Ukraine, Morocco, Indonesia, Thailand, India, and Malaysia to conduct social and action research for policy and management initiatives. He has dedicated his life to academics, research, training, and the establishment of institutions.
